Như đã nói quá trình thi công làm nhà bằng công ten nơ rất nhanh chóng, cụ thể là 3-5 ngày, trong đó cần có 8 bước cơ bản để tạo ra một ngôi nhà hoàn chỉnh có thể sử dụng ngay:

Bước 1: Gia công công ten nơ (container) cũ

Container khô tiêu chuẩn được đưa vào sản xuất thành nhà container, bộ phận cơ khí sẽ thực hiện gia công cắt, đi khung xương cửa sổ, cửa đi theo bản vẽ kỹ thuật, sau đó sẽ tiền hành hàn lắp ghép khung xương phía bên trong container.

Bước 2: Xử lý cách âm cho nhà công ten nơ (container)

Sau khi bộ phận cơ khí hoàn thành thì bộ phận cách nhiệt sẽ tiến hành gắn cách nhiệt, bằng xốp, bông thủy tinh hoặc phun foam tùy theo yêu cầu đơn hàng.

Bước 3: Thiết kế và thi công hệ thống điện – nước 

Cách nhiệt hoàn thiện, tiếp theo bộ phận kỹ thuật kỹ thuật điện tiến hành đi dây âm tường hệ thống điện, hệ thống nước. Bước 4: Gia công tường và trần bên trong nhà công ten nơ (container) bằng vật liệu cách nhiệt

Hệ thống dây điện đi xong, bộ phận trang trí nội thất sẽ tiến hành lắp ráp tấm shera, prima ( tổ hợp bột gỗ và xi măng ) có độ bền cao và chống nhiệt tốt, bằng vít vào khung xương sắt. Sau đó, dùng bột trét tường che mối ghép ghép giữa 2 tấm ván, đầu vít để tạo sự liền mạch cho phía trong công ten nơ văn phòng.

Sơn hoàn thiện trong ngoài, bộ phận sơn tiến hành sơn nước phía trong, sơn dầu phía ngoài bao gồm nóc, vách, đáy với màu sắc theo đơn hàng khách hàng đã chọn. 

Bước 6: Lắp cửa

Sau thời gian sơn khô, bộ phận trang trí nội thất tiến hành lắp đặt cửa sổ, kính và ổ khóa cửa đi, trải simili sàn, bắn phào chỉ đường viền.

Bước 7: Lắp thiết bị điện

Tiếp theo, bộ phận kỹ thuật điện sẽ tiến hành rắp láp thiết bị điện như quạt hút, máy lạnh, bóng đèn, ổ cắm, công tắc bóng đèn, CB nguồn, CB quạt hút, ổ căm internet, ổ cắm điện thoại, line Ti vi nếu có.

Bước 8: Nghiệm thu công trình và xuất xưởng

Kiểm tra chất lượng làm nhà bằng công ten nơ trước khi xuất xưởng,đây là bước quan trọng nhất, đảm bảo sự hoàn thiện sản phẩm là tốt nhất trước khi đưa ra thị trường.
